In the context of the purposes as listed above, we may share your personal data with our parent company based in Belgium (being ‘Stanley and Stella SA’, having its registered office at Delta Building, Rue Jules Cockx 8 – 10, floors 3 – 4, 1160 Auderghem, Belgium and registered with the Belgian companies under company number 0810.580.894) or with the following third parties:

  • Any appropriate law enforcement agency, regulator, government agency, court, or other third party, when such disclosure is necessary (i) under applicable laws, (ii) to exercise, establish, or defend our rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;
  • Our auditors, advisors, legal representatives and similar agents in connection with consulting services they provide to us for legitimate business purposes and pursuant to a contractual prohibition on the use of personal data for other purposes;
  • Our third-party partners required to provide the Services. As part of the Service and in an effort to assist with the fulfillment of any request or purchase, Stanley Stella may provide its third party-partners, such as, Stanley Stella’s third-party payment partner and third-party shipping partners, certain personal data and information necessary in order to allow for the order to be fulfilled and processed, such as, without limitation, name, email address, shipping address, phone numbers, and payment transaction information. By using the Service, you authorize Stanley Stella to share such information with our applicable third-party partners for purposes of supporting your use of the Service. You may be subject to additional terms, conditions and policies of such third-party partners, and you will be solely responsible for agreeing to and accepting their use of personal data and applicable privacy policies. 

We will ensure that, where relevant, contractual safeguards are implemented to ensure the protection of your personal data when disclosing them to a third party or our parent company. How long do we store your personal data?

Your personal data will not be stored for longer than what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which we process them. Only when we are legally obliged to, or when this is necessary for defending our interests in the context of judicial proceedings (e.g. in case of a dispute), we will store the personal data for longer periods.
