For the upcoming season, we’re redefining outerwear performance with a material upgrade that puts innovation and sustainability front and centre. Meet the Climber 2.0 and Voyager 2.0, our first gender-fitted recycled nylon jackets crafted entirely from premium recycled nylon.
They’re lightweight, high-performing, and fully optimised for decoration. Each Stanley/Stella AW25 jacket is designed to meet the demands of professionals while reducing environmental impact.
Designed for decorators
Whether you work with DTF, screen transfer, or embroidery, the upgraded fabric ensures vivid results and precision. The smooth nylon surface is developed to leave no press marks, making it ideal for clean, bold branding.
Compared to recycled polyester, recycled nylon offers superior softness and durability, ensuring every jacket maintains its shape, feel, and finish over time.

Excellent performance
Made with 100% recycled post-industrial textile waste, our nylon is high-spec:
- Exceptional softness with a smooth handfeel
- Enhanced durability for long-lasting wear
- Elasticity for ease of movement
- Moisture-wicking and UV-resistant for active use
- Thermal regulation to adapt to shifting temperatures
At just 39gsm, the fabric is ultra-light, reducing the garment’s carbon footprint without compromising performance.

A circular process
Our recycled nylon starts with post-industrial textile waste — discarded fibres, filaments, and greige fabrics. These materials go through a precise process: sorting, cleaning, and shredding, followed by melting and purification. They then spin into new yarns used to create our woven fabric.
This textile-to-textile recycling approach helps conserve energy, reduce emissions, and support a more circular textile industry.
From office to outdoors
These jackets are made for modern lifestyles. Sleek enough for corporate wear. Tough enough for outdoor use. Comfortable enough for everyday layering.
They’re the definition of eco-friendly corporate outerwear: versatile, functional, and built to last.
Smarter choices for a better future
This launch is part of our broader AW25 outerwear refresh — replacing virgin polyester with lighter, lower-impact materials. It’s a continuation of our commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainability at every level of production.
