SS25 Collection: Inside our decoration lab

Decoration is built into our DNA. Our in-house deco lab combines fabric innovation, technical precision, and hands-on testing to create garments designed for decoration.

For each new innovative fabric, we thoroughly test to ensure the best results across all decoration techniques.

With SS25, we applied that expertise across every style to deliver sharp results in screen printing, embroidery, DTG, and DTF.

Built in the lab

Our EU-based textile testing hub, expanding to the US, replicates real production to make sure each garment performs from first print to final wash.

Our in-house dedicated team thoroughly tests all fabrics in every colour to ensure the best results across all decoration techniques—from achieving perfectly smooth surfaces to verifying colour resistance to heat and migration.

This process turns every piece into a garment perfectly optimized for decoration.

One collection, multiple techniques

The SS25 collection is our most decoration-ready yet. Each surface is optimised for printability and stitch stability, from lightweight tees to heavyweight sweats.

Screen printing

Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil to create bold, vibrant designs — ideal for high-volume runs and solid colours. This technique works best on premium screen print fabric that is smooth, stable, and consistently absorbent.

Our garments are built with an optimal surface. This delivers an even coverage and long-lasting results, making them some of the best t-shirts for screen printing.

DTG printing

Direct-to-garment printing enables photorealistic images and colour gradients to be printed directly onto fabric. It’s ideal for short runs, customization and detailed designs that require precision.

Our DTG-compatible apparel features a tight weave and smooth surface that reduce ink usage while enhancing clarity and vibrancy on both light and dark fabrics. These are direct-to-garment T-shirts designed for high-resolution, photorealistic fabric printing. Please refer to our printing guide for compatible styles.

Embroidery

Embroidery adds texture and dimension by stitching thread directly into the garment. Used for logos, corporate wear, and premium branding, it needs stable fabric that holds up under tension.

Our embroidery-ready* garments reduce puckering, support dense stitch patterns, and maintain fabric integrity throughout the process. From polos to sweatshirts, each piece delivers clean, consistent embroidered results.

DTF printing

Direct-to-Film printing transfers designs from film to fabric with heat and pressure, capturing fine detail and vivid colour.

Our low-hairiness fabrics offer smooth surfaces that support strong adhesion, clean edges, and stretch resistance. These are durable transfer print fabrics that deliver fast, high-definition garment prints.

Performance you can count on

Each style is backed by proof, not promises. Our deco lab-tested apparel is validated through production to deliver consistent results.

  • Average defect rate: just 0.02%
  • Up to 15% less ink required
  • 35% less pre-treatment needed on select styles (DTG)
  • Consistent performance across recycled, combed, and carded organic cotton

It’s not just about compatibility. It’s about consistency in every order.
