Behind every one of our organic cotton garments is a carefully managed, transparent supply chain. We’re present at every step, from soil to the final product, to promote integrity, traceability, and care.

It begins with the seed
Organic cotton starts small, with non-GMO seeds planted into healthy soil. We never use synthetic pesticides, GMOs, and chemical fertilisers. Instead, we support:
- Crop rotation
- Composting and natural fertilisers
- Biodiversity-friendly practices
In Tanzania, our Direct-to-Farm partnership with Remei empowers over 2,000 smallholder farmers with training, guaranteed purchase agreements, and 15% higher remuneration. In India and Turkey, we work with long-term, GOTS-certified* farming partners to ensure organic integrity from day one.

From flower to harvest
When the cotton blooms, it turns into soft white bolls ready for harvest. In India, most are hand-picked to preserve fibre quality. In Turkey, advanced machines ensure efficient, responsible harvesting.
Across all regions, our organic cotton grows without GMOs or harmful chemicals, protecting the land and respect the people who cultivate it.
Ginning and transparency
At the ginning stage, fibres are separated from seeds. Each batch is processed in certified facilities across Tanzania, India, and Turkey — a crucial step that ensures integrity before spinning begins.

Turning fibre into cloth
Once fibres are ready, they're spun into yarn, then knitted or woven into fabric. To keep our standards high, we require:
- GOTS certification at every stage (spinning, weaving, and knitting)
- Strict environmental and social compliance
- Consistent quality and integrity throughout the organic cotton supply chain
Making dyeing safe
Dyeing is one of the most polluting stages of textile production, so we take extra care to keep it to a minimum.
We only work with facilities that use:
- Non-toxic dyes
- Wastewater treatment systems (ETPs - Effluent Treatment Plants)
- OEKO-TEX® certified processes for skin safety
This results in long-lasting colours, soft handfeel, and processes that respect both people and the planet.

Made with respect
Garment production takes place in certified partner factories under strict social and environmental standards. As a member of the Fair Wear Foundation, we promote safe working conditions, fair treatment, and accountability across all our manufacturing partners.
Strict, independent audits verify that every worker is treated with respect and that quality and ethics truly go hand in hand.
We don’t just claim responsibility. We trace it, verify it, and continuously improve it.

The true value of a garment
The journey from seed to garment is built on a promise. Every one of our garments represents the work of skilled hands, responsible choices, and genuine care at every stage of creation.
Wearing it is a quiet reminder that change in our industry begins with care — and continues with every choice we make.
