The decision to produce our garments in Bangladesh is one we have never regretted. Of course, we are aware of the challenges inherent to Bangladesh's garment industry, such as low wages and precarious employment conditions. It is through the close partnerships we have with suppliers sharing our values and vision that we can have a positive impact on the lives of their workers.

High expertise across the entire production chain
Bangladesh is not only known for having the most skilled workforce and embracing new manufacturing technologies, but it is also one of the few countries that offers a fully integrated value chain when it comes to textiles - from spinning yarn and knitting fabric, to final manufacturing.
This expertise is what allows us to offer premium quality and sustainable clothing.
Skill and dedication at every step

Yarn spinning, transforming raw organic cotton fibres into high-quality yarn using a specific combing process before sending it to the knitter.
Our organic cotton yarn is knitted into fabric, ready to be dyed. The most common fabric we use is single jersey, known for its soft handfeel.
The knitted fabric is loaded into the dyeing machines and dyed using exclusively GOTS-approved dyes to achieve exactly the right colour.
After dyeing and quality checks, the fabric is cut into pieces according to each style's pattern, with most of our cutting waste recycled for our RE-Range garments.
The cut fabric is expertly sewn by machine operators using various techniques, resulting in a completed garment.
Once garments are ready for their onward journey, each piece is ironed, quality checked, and packed for shipment, with packaging made from recycled material.
A limited number of partners sharing our values and vision
We believe that finding the right suppliers is about finding partners who share our values and vision. This is why we decided to work with only 10 partner factories in Bangladesh.
And with the support of our 32 local team members, we can visit them every day, ensuring our values and vision are respected on the field.
The partner factories we work with must meet our selection criteria, to make sure they are also driven by the desire to positively impact our ecosystem and industry. We are also always looking for new ways to improve the environmental & social performance of our existing production partners.

Giving back to local communities.
We feel responsible to create a more equitable, and sustainable fashion industry. One of the ways we drive positive change is by supporting and giving back to the local communities that are part of our ecosystem.
The power of collective action lies in its ability to make a positive impact.
Through the Mobile Hospital Initiative, in partnership with @Drip by Drip, we have provided healthcare to remote villages near our partner factories in Bangladesh by funding a truck, equipment, and operational costs.
Since July, over 9,200 individuals in rural areas have already received free medical care via our mobile hospital, which visits each village on a regular basis, ensuring that more than 20,000 factory workers or members of their families will receive free medical assistance during the year.
