A series of key upgrades that improve not only the look, but also the comfort and performance:  

• New pre-washed 100% organic cotton fabric for better shrink-resistance
• Softer handfeel and slightly heavier weight at 240 gsm
• Reinforced collar and sleeve cuffs that keep their shape
• Horizontal top buttonhole for a better hold
• Box stitching on the plaquette for a stylish and premium look

When creating stylish custom polos, you want to be sure that they’ll look great wear after wear, wash after wash. To eliminate shrinkage issues, our Prepser 2.0 polo is made with ‘panel-washed’ fabric. The 100% organic cotton fabric is cut according to the pattern and then washed before being assembled and sewn.

This technique improves the stability of the fabric, and means the garment can be washed without fear of shrinkage. It also makes the fabric softer to the touch, making the polo a real joy to wear – every time!

It’s the details that make a polo shirt exceptional, and we’ve drawn on customer feedback and market research to hone in on key aspects that make our Prepster 2.0 a stand-out style.

To ensure a consistently neat look all day long, we’ve reinforced the collar and cuffs so they keep their shape better. We’ve changed the direction of the top button hole from vertical to horizontal to give a better hold when it’s closed. And we’ve also added box stitching to the plaquette for a stylish and more premium look.

The Prepster 2.0's fine, 240 gsm piqué offers an excellent surface for any kind of printing, from screen-printing and transfer, to Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Embroidery is a great option too, giving extra pop and prestige to any design.
